The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process through which adults who are ready to take the next step in their spiritual journey can explore their relationship with God, their purpose for living and their call to the Catholic faith. RCIA is offered to adults who are considering joining the Catholic Church; baptized Catholics who desire to complete their sacraments of initiation (Confirmation and Communion) and adults who have been baptized in another Christian tradition.
