The S.T.A.R.S. program (Special Times and Religious Studies) at St. Monica and St. Rosalie Parish provides religious education for physically and/or mentally challenged individuals.

• Activities: This ministry provides Religious Education for those with special needs. Our Saturday program meets in the Ministry room, in the parish office, for projects, lunch and fun, and the Chapel for Religious Education and worship.
• When You Can Join: Sessions start in September.
